Terms and Conditions for JEVIQ – GST Invoice & Business Suite

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the JEVIQ – GST Invoice & Business Suite mobile application (the "App"), operated by Sinarix Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

JEVIQ is a mobile invoicing and business management tool designed for Indian small businesses. It allows you to create GST and non-GST invoices, manage clients and products, track inventory, record expenses, and generate business reports. The App primarily operates locally on your device.

2. Free and Pro Tiers

JEVIQ is offered in two tiers:

Free Tier — includes core invoicing functionality with usage caps (e.g., limits on the number of invoices, clients, and products you can create) and displays banner advertisements.

Pro Tier — a paid subscription that removes usage caps, removes advertisements, and unlocks additional features. Pro subscriptions are offered as:

• Monthly subscription (auto-renewing)
• Yearly subscription (auto-renewing)

The Yearly subscription plan may include a free trial period, as displayed at the time of purchase. The Monthly subscription plan does not include a free trial. Current pricing and any applicable trial terms are shown within the App and on the Google Play Store listing at the time of purchase.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not directly collect or store your payment information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings (Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions).
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies. We do not independently process refunds outside of what Google Play permits.
• If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free tier (your data is retained; only Pro features and caps are affected).

4. Your Responsibility for Accuracy and Tax Compliance

JEVIQ is a tool to help you create and manage invoices. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all information you enter, including GST rates, GSTIN numbers, HSN/SAC codes, and invoice amounts
• Verifying that invoices generated by the App comply with applicable Indian GST law and any other tax regulations relevant to your business
• Filing your own tax returns and meeting your own statutory compliance obligations

We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. While JEVIQ's GST calculation engine is built to perform accurate arithmetic based on the rates and values you provide, we make no warranty that the App's output will satisfy all requirements of the Goods and Services Tax Act or any other applicable law, and we are not liable for any tax filing errors, penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from your use of invoices generated by the App. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified chartered accountant or tax professional for matters related to GST compliance.

5. Data Ownership and Backup

• You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into the App (invoices, client records, financial data, etc.).
• Because JEVIQ stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. We strongly recommend enabling the optional Google Drive backup feature within the App.
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device loss, damage, factory reset, app uninstallation, or failure to enable backup.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose, including generating fraudulent invoices or evading applicable taxes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Attempt to circumvent Free-tier usage limits through unauthorized means
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functioning for other users

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logo, source code, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Sinarix Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding beyond what is necessary to use the App as intended.

8. Advertisements

The Free tier of the App displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed within the App. Your interaction with any advertisement is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sinarix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any tax filing errors, penalties, or business losses arising from invoices generated using the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App, or any part of it, at any time. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., limitation of liability, intellectual property) will survive.

12. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
